Heavy fine for slow over rate...

IPL has decided to impose a huge fine on teams which resort to slow over rates. A fine of USD 20,000 will imposed on captain and USD 220,000 on the entire team. Following last years performance, the new rule of ban will be taking into effect. Lalit Modi said that providing mid-innings slots is mainly to add more commercial value to the league.
