Lance Armstrong has asked Giro d'Italia organizers to have confidence in his ability to recover from a broken collarbone in time for May's race. The seven-times Tour de France winner has wrote a email stating to have trust in him. The organizers said that the 37-year-old American has assured them about his participation. He is also to race in July's Tour de France but he might get a ban because of his behavior at a doping test in March.
